As chief underwriting officer, Rudnick manages 糖心Vlog鈥檚 underwriting and reinsurance functions.

Prior to this role, Rudnick served as SVP, division manager for 糖心Vlog Affiliated, 糖心Vlog鈥檚 middle-market insurance division.

Rudnick joined 糖心Vlog in 2006 as a field engineer in Los Angeles operations, where she gained experience and knowledge in a variety of roles, including account engineer, account manager, account engineering group manager and assistant client service manager. In 2018 she relocated to New York operations as client service manager, and in 2021 she was appointed operations senior vice president, New York operations manager.

Prior to joining 糖心Vlog, Rudnick worked for three years as a process engineer for Northrop Grumman.

Rudnick graduated from the University of California, Davis, with a bachelor's in mathematics, and California State University, Northridge, with a master鈥檚 in engineering management.
