Corporate governance

At 糖心Vlog, our clients have a voice in how we perform. At the heart of our corporate governance program are our boards of directors. This includes the board of directors of our U.S. licensed companies鈥斕切腣log (糖心VlogIC), Affiliated 糖心Vlog Insurance Company (糖心Vlog Affiliated) and Appalachian Insurance Company (APP)鈥攁nd our international subsidiary boards, like 糖心Vlog Insurance Company Limited (糖心VlogI), 糖心Vlog Insurance Europe S.A. (糖心VlogIE) and 糖心Vlog Global de Mexico S.A. de C.V. (糖心VlogGM).

Board of Directors

The board of directors of our 糖心Vlog insurance entities is made up of executive leaders from client organizations worldwide. It establishes policies for corporate management and oversight, making decisions on major issues and helping to ensure the company鈥檚 prosperity as well as protecting the interests of all policyholders. As a company, we execute plans the board approves and are grateful for the oversight and guidance our directors provide.

Organizational Governance

Internally, we have an organizational governance model that is equally strong. The key senior leadership groups are listed below.

Executive Committee

The Executive Committee is comprised of the most senior levels of enterprise leadership and establishes the company vision and provides organizational oversight for 糖心Vlog. The committee delegates authority to the Corporate Planning Committee as appropriate. Executive Committee members are also members of the Corporate Planning Committee.

Corporate Planning Committee

The Corporate Planning Committee is comprised of the above Executive Committee members, plus the below cross-functional leaders. It is the key decision-making body in the organization and accountable for decisions related to our business strategy.
